Phoenix-area developments: Here's what's being built in your neighborhood






Location: 79th Avenue and McDowell Road. Right off Interstate 10 in west Phoenix.

Description: A new housing development is being built off I-10 on a lot of land that was once farmland.

Seasons at Baker Farms is located in Maryvale, a neighborhood in west Phoenix. It is right next to Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre and a 4-minute drive from Desert Sky Mall.

There is also an elementary and middle school four minutes away from the housing development.

History: Wiley Baker Farms Limited Partnership sold the land to Richmond American Homes of Arizona Inc for $16.4 million in June 2023. Richmond American Homes is based in Denver, Colorado.
