Hottest cars at Barrett Jackson Scottsdale 2025: Sammy Hagar, Milo Ventimiglia

While many car enthusiasts flock to the annual Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale car auction to see vintage, unique and new car models, others go to catch a glimpse of some of the celebrity-owned vehicles up for auction.

The Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2025 auction will take place Jan. 18-26. The event starts Friday, Jan. 17, with a Rock the Block concert with Sammy Hagar and Friends (Michael Anthony, Vic Johnson and Kenny Aronoff) as the headliners.

And no sweat if you can't make it to WestWorld of Scottsdale in person. You have plenty of ways to catch all nine days of fun live on TV and streaming.

Here are the celebrity cars, motorcycles and custom golf carts at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale this year.

• Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Sammy Hagar's 1962 Ford Thunderbird restored to original specs with its 290ci engine paired with an automatic transmission. Hagar recalls cruising with his Montrose bandmates in this car, making it a notable part of rock history. Lot #1071.1. (Hagar's one-of-a-kind 2015 Ferrari LaFerrari sold for a record $4.67 million in 2024.)

• Actor Milo Ventimiglia's 1967 Triumph Bonneville motorcycle purchased from its original owner and used to prepare for Ventimiglia's 2020 Evel Knievel mini-series. The motorcycle is original with no modifications. Lot #153.2

• Ventimiglia's 2021 BMW R nineT motorcycle purchased to be ridden by his character Charlie in the ABC television series "The Company You Keep." Aesthetic modifications include Oberon bar end mirrors, Daedalus fender eliminator and Rizoma low-profile front signals and exhaust. Lot #153.1

• 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda formerly owned by actor Nicolas Cage is powered by a matching-numbers 426-425hp HEMI engine and a 4-speed transmission with a Super Track Pak Dana axle with 4.10 gears finished in triple-black. Lot #1401.

• Actress Lucille Ball's personal custom-built golf cart. Lot #155.

• Comedian and host of NBC's The Tonight Show Johnny Carson's 1988 Mercedes-Benz 560SEC powered by a 5.5-liter V8 engine mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission finished in an Artic White exterior over an Anthracite leather interior. Lot #522.

Movie and TV cars at Barrett Jackson Scottsdale 2025

Pop culture fanatics can see recreations of some of the most recognizable vehicles in film and television from the Dr. Steward A. Berkowitz Collection. Here's a selection:

• 1962 Volkswagen Beetle "Herbie" recreation as seen in the 1969 film "The Love Bug." Lot #140.1.

• 1989 Chevrolet Corvette "Speed Racer" recreation. A recreation of "Mach 5" as seen in the "Speed Racer" television series that aired from 1967-1968. Lot #165.1.

• 1974 Ford Econoline "Mystery Machine" recreation as seen in the "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!" television series that aired from 1969-1976. Lot #168.

• 1968 Ford "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" recreation as seen in the 1968 film "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" starring Dick Van Dyke. This vehicle has a brass plate autographed by Van Dyke. Lot #168.1

• 1959 Cadillac Miller & Meteor "Ghostbusters" recreation of the Ectomobile ("Ecto-1") used in the 1984 film. Lot#785.

• 1966 Ford Galaxie #3 "Batmobile" as seen in the "Batman" television series that aired from 1966-1968 and the 1966 film "Batman the Movie." Lot #1414. Also up for sale are recreations of the "Batcycle" (Lot #470) "Batgirl Cycle" (Lot #470.1), "Batcopter" (Lot #471), "Batboat" (Lot #471.1) and, "Jokermobile" (Lot #472).

• 1965 Ford Mustang FIA GT350 Competition Continuation Model: Powered by a full cast-iron 289ci engine with the C6FE, one 4-barrel carburetor and a dual-point ignition system, paired with a BorgWarner aluminum 4-speed transmission. Lot #1395.

• 1970 Plymouth HEMI Superbird: One of only 135 produced for its year, powered by original matching-numbers 426ci V8 engine paired with an upgraded 18-spline A833 HEMI 4-speed manual transmission. Lot #1355.
