Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, and raised in Tacoma, Washington, I’m a Pacific Northwest kid at heart with proud Indian roots. Today, I call Arizona home, where my family, business, and passion for real estate have come together.

I grew up in a family where hard work, service, and ownership were part of everyday life. My father has practiced veterinary medicine for more than 50 years, and my mother is a physician. From an early age, they instilled in me a simple principle that continues to guide me: be enthusiastic about what you do, and take pride in the work you put your name on.

While medicine was the professional foundation of our family, real estate became a catalyst for generational growth. Over the years, my parents built a strong portfolio of real estate that our family continues to manage in-house. Watching that process taught me that real estate can be far more than simply buying and selling property—it can provide security, create opportunity, and build a legacy for generations to come.

My own path initially led me toward medicine. I attended medical school, a journey that took me from the Caribbean shores of Aruba to the East Coast. Along the way, however, I discovered that my true passion was in hospitality, entrepreneurship, and real estate investing. That passion ultimately brought me to Arizona, where I now own and operate a hotel in Phoenix in addition to pursuing my career in real estate.

Outside of business, the role I’m proudest of is being a husband and father. My wife, Dr. Sabina Walia, is an incredible and compassionate chiropractor—and an even more incredible mother to our daughter. Our household is rounded out by Merlot, our French Bulldog, and Gia, our rescued German Shepherd.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me around cars. I’m an avid motorsports enthusiast—enough so that I’ve had to revisit my life insurance policy a time or two. Fatherhood has slowed me down considerably, much to my wife’s relief.

And while Arizona is home, some Pacific Northwest loyalties die hard. Sorry, Cardinals fans—I’m still a Seahawks fan.

For me, some of the best moments in life are also the simplest: good conversation, a couple of beers around a fire, and time spent with the people I care about.

That perspective carries directly into the way I approach real estate.

I understand that a property can mean something completely different to every client. It might be the first home where a young family will build their memories. It might be a second property purchased as an investment. It might be the beginning of a portfolio—or part of a larger plan toward financial independence and generational wealth.

Whatever the goal, your priorities come first.

I believe my responsibility is to understand what matters to you, communicate clearly, remain dependable, and take initiative throughout every stage of the transaction. I approach my clients’ real estate decisions with the same care, deliberation, and attention I would give my own.

Because at the end of the day, being dependable matters.

And I still carry with me the lesson my father taught me years ago:

Be enthusiastic about what you do, and take pride in the work you put your name on!
